Hello Lovelies & Happy Monday!

It’s important as a couple to keep intimacy in your relationship. I’m sure we all have been guilty of neglecting our significant other at some point, but it’s important to remember to take time out for one another away from our personal lives to keep the spice alive in your relationship.

As we all know next month is  Love Day which means we need to be thinking about ways to celebrate it with the one you love. I’m not creative when it comes to Valentine’s Day so that’s why I’m planning ahead of time for that special day. I’m thinking about keeping it simple and not going overboard and maybe considering a Date Night In. Every year my husband and I always go out for Valentine’s Day and I’m thinking of maybe doing Date Night In this year. I would order take outs over a candle light dinner. It’s much more easier and not only that we won’t have to deal with the crowds either. So I’m thinking of ordering take-outs or just cooking his favorite dish and we have dinner at home (just the two of us) over wine and conversation. That will provide us with the intimacy that we haven’t been able to have in a little while.

Last year for Valentine’s Day my husband and I went out to a concert for Valentine’s Day.

Valentine‘s Day Date Night Ideas:

Buy a Sexy Lingerie-go out and buy yourself some new lingerie in different styles and put on a show for your significant other at bedtime

Staycation- go on a vacation in your city nearby or downtown away from your home. Make it a weekend getaway away from the kids for some time alone. Spice it up and be creative with a Valentine’s Day theme.

Dinner for Date Night In-I’m sure we all have dinner at home almost every day, but make this time a special for Valentine’s Day without the kids and spice it up a bit. Consider buying roses, wine and have a candle light dinner. Take this time to reflect on the love that you share with one another which will create and intimate moment with the one you love.

His & Her Spa-book a couples treatment at a  local spa for both you and your significant other which will be both fun and relaxing.
