Toshiba has announced their latest Android smartphone named Toshiba Regza T-02D in Japan.
Toshiba REGZA Phone T-02D smartphone will be available in Japan from NTT DOCOMO, Inc., beginning July 26, 2012.
Toshiba Regza T-02D comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and features a 4.3 inch AMOLED Plus touch screen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels display with Corning Gorilla Glass coating, powered by a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz and it also features 1GB of RAM.
Toshiba Regza T-02D comes with an insanely, ridiculously high resolution camera for smartphone standards. The 13.1 megapixel camera of Toshiba Regza T-02D is powered by Sony’s Exmor R sensor, this is the same sensor that Sony uses in their compact cameras and according to Toshiba it features an equivalent ISO range up to 25,600.
The Toshiba device features a host of standard and convenient features, all packed into a single handset, such as a smart fingerprint sensor, an 1,800mAh large-capacity battery, water- (IPX5/8) and dust-resistant (IPX5) technology, ATOK, infrared communications, and Osaifu-Keitai.
The Toshiba Regza T-02D will be available in Japan in a range of colors which include pink, black and blue, from the 26th of July. No news regarding pricing yet.
