Something awesome happened Wednesday night during the Los Angeles Lakers/Detroit Pistons game. The Pistons took halftime to honor their undisputed all time greatest player, Isiah Thomas, during their last year at the Palace of Auburn Hills, where Thomas won two titles, one of which he won against the Lakers. Thomas and legendary broadcaster George Blaha sat down at midcourt to discuss the Pistons/Lakers rivalry, Thomas’ friendship with Magic Johnson, the Pistons move downtown, and a host of other things that is sure to bring back some fond memories for Pistons fans.

The Pistons started with a tribute video before going into the actual ceremony.

Here's that special @iamisiahthomas video we showed at the start of halftime!
