Gordon Institute of Business Science (Gibs)

The University of Pretoria’s Gibs is an internationally accredited business school, focusing on general management in dynamic markets to significantly improve individual and organisational performance, primarily in the South African environment. In 2013 the annual UK Financial Times Executive Education rankings once again ranked Gibs as the top South African and African business school.

Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSB&L), University of Natal

The GSB&L focuses on business, entrepreneurship and leadership. The school was granted Association of African Business Schools (AABS) membership status in 2013 and is a member of the Association of BRIC Business Schools and SABSA.

Qualifications offered include MBA, Master of Commerce in Leadership Studies (MCom) and the Post-graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management (PGDLM). Other programmes include the Management Development Programme (MDP) and an array of executive programmes for companies.

Henley Business School SA

Henley is part of the University of Reading, UK and offers the only triple-accredited MBA from an international business school in Africa. It is also the only overseas business school accredited by the South African Council on Higher Education and offers a top-ranked international qualification. The Henley MBA holds the coveted triple-accreditation status: AMBA** (UK), EQUIS*** (Europe), AACSB (USA).

Milpark Business School

Milpark Business School was rated among the top five in the PMR.africa 2013 national survey of accredited business schools offering MBA/MBL degrees in SA. The school is accredited by various Setas to offer a range of Further Education and Training (FET) qualifications. Milpark has campuses in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Qualifications offered focus on the niche areas of management, commerce, financial planning, insurance and banking.

Northwest University (NWU) Potchefstroom Business School

The AMBA-accredited NWU Potchefstroom Business School is one of SA’s top five accredited business schools. It offers first-class business and management training to leaders and managers who intend to broaden their knowledge and expand their skills set.

University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business (GSB)

The University of Cape Town’s GSB is the only full-time African MBA ranked in the top 100 by the prestigious Financial Times and is one of 59 schools worldwide to be “triple-crowned” with accreditations from AMBA, EQUIS and the AACSB.

Core programmes include an MBA, Executive MBA and Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration. GSB also offers a range of internationally accredited and recognised programmes and leadership development opportunities.

University of South Africa (Unisa) Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL)
