Headlining the action is the Central Coast Sevens in Wyong which will see the gold medal-winning Australian women’s team play over two days in their first home tournament since the Olympics. This year’s Central Coast Sevens tournament will feature top global teams including the Aussie men’s team, the Fijian World Champions and the gold-winning Australian women’s team. Played at Wyong in NSW from October 21 – 23 the Central Coast Sevens is an event for rugby fans and sports-loving spectators where they can not only watch some great rugby, but they can enjoy a full festival vibe with food trucks, music and DJs, mascots and amusement rides.
Check out the Aussie girls in their first match on Saturday morning at 10 am and be sure to stick around for the men’s and women’s finals on Sunday afternoon.

Enjoy dinner with the gold-winning women’s rugby team at Gosford RSL: October 20
Rugby faithful will have an opportunity to ‘Celebrate Gold’ at an intimate dinner for fans with the gold-winning Aussie rugby sevens team. Get your classic car fix at ChromeFest at The Entrance: October 21 – 23
ChromeFest is a three day event in tribute to classic American autos, hot rods, rock ‘n’ roll, and rockabilly and features non-stop free entertainment and displays, over 90 market stalls, dance demonstrations, dance workshops, vintage glamour fashion parade, and Miss Pinup Doll Competition. Cruise on down to ChromeFest to check out the muscle car displays, street cruises, professional dance displays, and the massive show and shine on Sunday with over 500 show cars on show.

Cheer on the Central Coast Mariners vs. Brisbane Roar in Gosford: October 22
It will be a battle-of-the-border when the Brisbane Roar travels to Gosford to take on the Central Coast Mariners in round three of the 2016/17 A-League Season. Both clubs are top ranking teams with the match expected to be a blockbuster.
The game kicks off at 5:35 pm at Central Coast Stadium so there is plenty of time to cheer on the home team before heading out for a late dinner in nearby Gosford afterwards.

Take a trip down memory lane at the Classic Car Museum in Gosford: Open all weekend
It’s only recently been opened and is an experience not to be missed for car lovers travelling to the Central Coast. The Gosford Classic Car Museum is one of the five largest car museums in the world, and the largest in Australia with 95% of the collection having been purchased from within Australia.
The museum is home to a collection of the full range of Holdens from 1948 to approximately 1978 and also features around 25 Communist Cars, including a ‘Zil’ Russian Stretched Limousine and, 35 Ferraris including the F40, F50, Enzo and LaFerrari.

With its cosmopolitan atmosphere and attractive town centre, The Entrance is one of the prettiest towns in the Central Coast’s, Wyong Area and is a must-visit.
