Benidorm (Spanish Benidorm [beniðor], Cat Benidorm [beniðɔɾm]..) – A town and municipality in Spain, in the province of Alicante in the autonomous community of Valencia (Valencian Community). The municipality is a part of the region (comarca) Marina Baixa. It covers an area of 38.51 km². Population – 71,198 people (2010).

Benidorm is located on the banks of two sandy beaches (Playa de Levante and Playa de Poniente).

In Benidorm there are more than a hundred hotels, most of which are bordered by the waterside city. Evening Benidorm – entertainment center of the Costa Blanca.
The real decoration of the Costa Blanca is located near Benidorm, the largest amusement park and recreation – Terra Mitica, artfully arranged in an original style based on the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean. It offers visitors exciting water attractions, including a water park and the park Aqualandia Mundomar marine animals, breathtaking mechanical rides and all sorts of slides.
