An a-list of architectural talent will be taking part in this year’s Venice Biennale curated by Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena
The event – which is titled Reporting From The Front – will include Japanese architect Tadao Ando, leading Japanese duo SANAA, David Chipperfield, Peter Zumthor, Kengo Kuma, Rem Koolhaas, Herzog & de Meuron, and Lord Norman Foster.
Also involved will be London’s Turner Prize-winning Assemble, Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia and radical Belgian studio 51N4E.
Pritzker Prize-winning Aravena is hoping for a game-changing exhibition, which will attempt to offer new perspectives on global issues including poverty, migration, pollution and housing shortages.
