ISG Middle East has been awarded two projects in Abu Dhabi worth $37mn.
The first is a $22.05mn office in Abu Dhabi for Daman, the National Health Insurance Company. ISG will work alongside designers Bluehaus to create a new headquarters.
The project involves the complete fit-out of the Finance Tower in the ADNEC Exhibition Area of Abu Dhabi, delivering 19 floors of commercial office accommodation, totaling 230,000ft2. ISG will also create a large auditorium, an onsite data centre, as well as a canteen facility and kitchen.
The second contract is a project to deliver the new headquarters for Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) for about $15mn. The headquarters are located in Nation Towers.
