Hello to all our Design Memory Craft readers.  Leonie here today, welcome to my Christmas post.

Christmas prepations are in full swing here along with all the usual end of year celebrations including lots of activities for my children as they come to the end of another school year.  The past couple of years I've made the same type of presents for the childrens' school teachers.   Small canvas panels depicting Christmas story scences and quotes.    The canvases themselves are the only thing I need to purchase and the rest is made up of scraps of patterned paper and a few embellishments from my stash so they work out to be relatively inexpensive gifts but each one is quite unique.

As the panels are only 5x7" they come together quite quickly and I usually do one stage at a time (this year there were five canvases) before moving on to the next stage.  I used lots of Gelatos and Stampers Big Brush Pens along with the Design Memory Craft Textural Accents in the making of these gifts.

I've made a process video showing the steps involved in creating the canvas below, however I used the same process and techniques for all five.

Enjoy.

Thanks for watching.  I hope you enjoyed this little video and it perhaps inspires some creative gift making of your own.  Merry Christmas

Leonie Neal-Dawson, Guest Designer.
