Disaster Recovery Centers have opened in Flagler, St. Johns, Putnam and Volusia Counties to help those affected by Hurricane Matthew. These centers serve as one-stop shops for eligible residents seeking one-on-one help with federal recovery assistance. Representatives from the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM), FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and various agencies will be at the center to answer questions. The SBA opened two Business Recovery Centers in St. Johns County and Volusia County on Monday, October 31. The SBA representatives at the Business Recovery Centers can provide information about disaster loans, answer questions and help businesses in completing SBA applications.
