Summary:

The Agile Project Management AVP is responsible for the following key areas:

Provide leadership for the existing  Project Management organization and aid in its transformation to an Agile Project Management team that will provide value to the product teams.

Facilitate Agile Change Management across T3 Product Teams.

The successful  will work closely with business development managers, software developers, quality assurance analysts and other key employees to identify improvement opportunities, conduct presentations, and lead Agile Project Management in their  successful completion of Product Releases within budget and approved delivery timelines. Also, you will work with product strategy, marketing, sales, engineering, training, and customers to ensure activities related to the design, development, testing, operational readiness and take-to-market strategies are fully identified and included in your project plan.

In addition you will:

Review and assign Portfolio, Program and Product responsibilities to the Agile Project Management team as appropriate.

Provide T3 oversight with multiple planning levels (Portfolio, Program and Product).

Establish and maintain processes for Agile Project Management in support of Project delivery.

Insure all areas of the company are aligned in our shared objectives of project predictability, profitability and highly successful execution using Agile methodology.

Operate with excellence; Lead and  the T3 Agile Project Management personnel around the country and coordinate work efforts

Lead project reporting to executive management.

Work with local business partners, executives, contractors, customers, suppliers, and third parties, as needed, to manage projects to completion.

Your Challenges:

Your main challenge will be leading the Agile Project Management team to enable successful project management at the Portfolio and Program level, where solution focused inter-product complexities have proven difficult to deliver upon relative to client satisfaction.

Other challenges include:

Transforming the organization from the classic PMO to an Agile team;

Showing value that the Agile Project Management team can provide to the T3 Organization, as well as to each Product.

Establishing the tools, processes, and stakeholder buy-in to successfully implement Agile Project Management at both the Portfolio and Program levels.

Aligning the proper processes and tools to enable our diverse product development centers to more effectively work together in delivering solutions to our clients.

Required Skills:

B. S. Degree

Scrum Master Certified

Must have minimum of 10-15 years carrying full project and program delivery accountability and have successfully carried C- level management engagement responsibility.

7+ years in direct management of process improvement and supervision over a project team.

Successful experience delivering sophisticated SaaS, online, ecommerce and related software products through multiple iterations is required.

You must have practical applied experience of running projects under different SDLCs, including Agile.

You are a natural planner and organizer. You are constantly talking to the development teams, talking to the customer and talking to 3rd parties. You are constantly coaching the Agile Project Management in their project planning and execution

Strong communication skills,  good listener, attentive to multi-cultural environments

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio).

You are skilled at working with the development team, in particular with the technical architects and technical leads with whom you readily form strong peer relationships.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Global partners preferred

Knowledge of Agile Tools preferred; HP ALM, Rally, Jira, etc

PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Agile CMMI preferred.
