Delta Electronics, Inc., a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, announced today it has become a core member of the Charging Interface Initiative (CharIN e.V.), an open coalition of world-class firms within the electric vehicle (EV) industry aiming to support and promote the Combined Charging System (CCS) as a global standard for EV charging. Standardization is a major catalyst for enhancing the utility of EV charging for drivers as it can foster higher convenience and efficiency of current and future infrastructure. Through its leadership in energy efficiency and power electronics, Delta has been continuously developing and growing its portfolio of next-generation EV charging solutions to support the evolution and promotion of fast EV charging standards.

CharIN e.V. is an open coalition of major players within the electric vehicle (EV) industry aiming to support and promote the Combined Charging System (CCS) as a global standard for EV charging. Key members include world-class firms such as BMW, FCA, Ford, GM, Phoenix Contact, Porsche, Renault, Tesla, among others.
