I don't own an Instant Pot. At least not yet. Last year we got my mom an Instant Pot for Christmas and I decided to borrow it for a while to see how I like it. Well, I like it. I'm pretty discerning when it comes to bringing new items into my house. I tend to be more minimalist when it comes to making purchases. I don't like to have a lot of stuff I don't use in my house.
