**The Opportunity:**
Ortho Clinical Diagnostics a global medical device company, is recruiting for an **Sales Support - Pricing Coordinator** position for our Contract Management Team. This position will be located in **Rochester, NY.**
**The Responsibilities:**
The **Sales Support - Pricing Coordinator** is responsible for updating and maintaining pricing in Ortho systems (price plans, price bank and SAP) based on direction from business stakeholders for the US, Canada and outside US. The Sales Support Coordinator – Pricing also provides analytical support to the North American business with regards to pricing related issues, as well as researches and resolves pricing inquiries for customers. The individual in this role also participates as a Subject Matter Expert on process improvement projects related to pricing and system enhancement teams.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Price plan maintenance and special price plan creation in support of GPO’s, IDN’s, Strategic accounts; API; Distributors and List price.
+ SAP and price bank manual updates (International/Domestic) Update and load pricing into applicable system.
+ Contract mass amendments (auto amends) – create mass pricing updates that feed to affiliated contracts via use of CCMS contracting system.
+ Price Discrepancy Mailbox – investigate questions and inquiries concerning pricing; invoices; etc.
+ Adequately support all internal and external audits to meet requirements of the audit process.
+ Ensure department policies and procedures are followed and maintained in accordance with audit standards.
+ Ensure compliance with government regulations (HCC/GCC/FDA) and state and local.
+ Participate in process improvement projects and system enhancement teams
**Other Duties Include:**
+ Extensive use of the computer
+ Significant phone contact
+ Overtime as required based on projects
+ Trains employees
**The Individual:**
+ Associate and/or Bachelors degree in Business or related field
+ Minimum 3 years experience in contracting or 5 years experience in customer service or related marketing, or other sales required.
+ Experience working in large enterprise systems and Microsoft Excel.
+ Strong communications skills required.
+ Ability to meet required deadlines and multi-task.
+ Travel Requirements: Minimal - Domestic / periodically throughout the year.
