Nordic Technical Lead Officer
We are looking for a Swedish speaking colleague to join our Food Solutions team placed in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The position is a 12 months maternity leave.
As our new
Nordic Technical Lead Officer
your main responsibility is to drive a smooth technical implementation of the cross category project portfolio ensuring that it reaches the market on time. You will furthermore act as the Research & Development business partner for the Nordic country organizations concerning Customer Development and Marketing, and
this also entails setting up local Nordic product specifications and legal compliance of on-pack information, sustainability, nutrition, claims clearance and issues management always with a high level of attention to detail.
In this role it is expected that you represent the business and on occasion consult with relevant trade and industry associations and therefore it is essential that you have strong communication- and networking skills.
The ideal candidate is self-driven and will be able to proactively
structure and manage his or her own areas of responsibility
and furthermore possesses the skills necessary for leading and coaching others.
Key responsibilities:
To be the first Point of Contact for local marketing / customer development for product design related questions, including legal conformity, nutritional aspects, and claims check.
To attend
meetings with the Market Cluster Organisation leadership team when appropriate to report ongoing issues and to receive information on current matters.
To be the
line manager for other Food Solutions Local deploy officers in Denmark.
To act
as the Research & Development first point of contact for the local Food Solutions Nordic cluster organisation and actively build and maintain good working partnerships with marketing, development centres and regulatory affairs.
To ensure correctness and technical applicability of claims in cooperation with nutrition, regulatory and legal
To provide technical support to relevant functions / partners.
To be the dedicated local Research & Development contact for key customers
The right candidate has:
A Master’s degree in food engineering, food science or similar.
Experience of leading others
Good consumer and customer understanding
Excellent knowledge of MS Office – advanced user of Excel
3-5 years of work experience from the Foods business
Fluent
written and verbal Swedish and English
A great desire and ability to work in a Multinational Company
Working knowledge of food labelling law.
