Facilitate
technical improvements using world class manufacturing (WCM) tools and
methodology
Ability
to provide coaching to team members to build team performance
Promote
the development of teams through the establishment of a positive team
climate supported by authentic leadership and clear communication
Coordinate
business resources and apply risk management processes
Ability
to work in a fast paced, high change environment
Timely,
consistent, and accurate administration of shift resources, pay,
performance, recognition, training, and safety for teams
Drive
change through application of rigorous cost deployment and zero loss
concepts to eliminate waste
Proven
ability to solve problems and sustain results through a data driven
process
Qualifications:

Qualifications
B.
S. degree in engineering or business related field
2
years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing/ industrial setting
preferred
