Job Summary:

The Human Resources Director – Food Solutions & Support

Functions is responsible for developing the HR strategy and leading in the

delivery of human resources activity for the Finance, Legal, Communications,

and ETS functions as well as the Food Solutions business. This will include,

but not limited to, talent management, organizational and leadership development,

culture and engagement, change management, employee advocacy, and coaching.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·

Translates

business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda, initiatives and actions that

increase engagement and advance the functions – and garners support/ownership

to drive the agenda in the line organization.

·

Business partners

to senior leaders to drive organization strategy by identifying, prioritizing,

and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes that

support the growth and direction of the business.

·

Leads and

develops a high-performing team of 4 HR practitioners.

·

Leads complex

change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy.

·

Leverages

Expertise partners (Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Talent

Management, Rewards, Learning, Diversity, etc.) to develop and implement

programs which foster engagement and the right culture.

·

Maintains an

external perspective, anticipates people trends, and translates it into

strategy.

·

Develops robust talent management plans to

attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical roles and to develop a

diverse talent pipeline.

·

Collaborates

with the business for the creation a high performance culture by creating and implementing

team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance

indicators and improvement plans.

·

Uses

consultation skills to bring HR insight to bear on all people related issues

(people, capabilities, organizational, leadership and culture).

·

Ensures and

facilitates HR service delivery to the business.

·

Interfaces

with many roles and support areas including: Legal, HR Services, HR Operations,

HR Expertise Teams, etc.

·

Utilizes key

HR tools, systems and processes, including PeopleSoft/Core HR Systems, Learning

Management System, Talent Plus Online, Global People Survey, and other related

HR processes and tools.

Key Requirements:

·

BA/BS

Required. MBA or Master(s) is desirable.

·

10

years’

experience as HR Manager/HR Business Partner, preferably in a Consumer Packaged

Goods setting

·

Proven track

record of successfully working in a complex, matrix organization.

·

Demonstrated

competence in a variety of HR functions including management/executive

coaching; change management; organizational development; recruitment;

compensation; and employee relations.

·

Strong

general business knowledge with ability to translate business needs into an HR

agenda.
