The Opportunity:

As the company transitions, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics a global company is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Tampico, Tamaulipas (Mexico).
The Responsibilities:
* Schedules and performs Periodic Maintenance, installation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility. Is responsible to maintain all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics.
* Identifies root cause(s) utilizing comprehensive diagnostic processes and takes appropriate corrective action adhering to defined Complaint Handling Process.
* Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes following the defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.
* Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives as needed.
* Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include but are not limited to: Tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.
* Supports sales partner’s efforts to attain business objectives.
The Individual:
* Professional degree: BS degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Mechanical Electromechanical, andor related field.
* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related field required.
* Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish to include verbal and written communication.
* Basic Analysis and interpretation skills that will allow you to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Basic communications and presentation skills are required.
* Must possess the ability to work independently.
* Problem solving and working in a team is critical for success.
* The ideal candidate should be results and performance driven with a sense of urgency.
* Technical and professional knowledge of OpCo systems and solutions. Follow up and control.
* This role will require up to 70% travel outside of base location.
