**The Opportunity:**

As the company transitions, we are seeking a Product Manager who will manage the marketing strategy for the territory of PR, Caribbean and Venezuela for in vitro diagnostics business, ensuring short-long term sustainability of the business.

**The Responsibilities:**

+ Be the marketing expert for the specialty for the sub region through customer knowledge and market insight.

+ Champion and coordinate new product/ programs launches into sub-region through new product teams and local commercial management in alignment with Regional Marketing.

+ Drive cross-market communication and learning to ensure best practices and competitive insight are shared across markets.

+ Work with local team to develop product-marketing strategies, positioning, training, pricing, strategic initiatives, programs and other marketing related initiatives and requirements.

+ Manage marketing budget for the Specialty.

+ Gather and analyze market intelligence reports and provide strategic feedback to the commercial team.

+ Design congress/ meetings strategy and execute them.

+ Responsible for ProFed training in the Specialty.

**The Individual:**

+ Minimum of a Bachelor's or higher degree in Natural Science, Business Administration or Marketing with six (6) years of experience in healthcare industry is required.

+ In Vitro Diagnostic Market experience is required.

+ A Master's degree in Marketing is preferred.

+ Field Sales Experience is preferred.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook is required.

+ Ability to establish positive interpersonal relations and interact with people effectively, work effectively under time pressure and make accurate and assertive decisions accordingly.

+ Demonstrate strong analysis, numerical acuity, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

+ Self-starter with strong time management and planning skills.

+ Be proactive, organized, and resourceful, maintain accountability for his/her actions and make good judgment in the performance of his/her duties.

+ Availability to work flexible hours is required.

+ Availability to travel 25% to countries within (but not restricted to) Latin America, Central America, US and the Caribbean is required.
