JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for processing all special system requirements affecting customer orders for ba
se business ingredients as well as national, regional, test, and premium promotional items, to ensure the successful execution of customer program objectives in a timely and cost effective m
anner, including 24 X 7 on-call support coverage.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* 50 % - Process all system requirements related to program execution including master order guide maintenance, customer/parent/group item restrictions, auto-shipment creation/merge, o
rder acknowledgements, item substitutions, and text messages for base business, national, regional, test and premium orders to support the Chain Management team in managing KFC, Taco Bell, P
izza Hut, LJS, A&W, Arbys, Panda Express, Checkers/Rally's, Jack in the Box and Sonic program execution effectively and efficiently.
* 30 % - Answer and respond to inquiries rec
eived on the COM customer service 800# line and through email correspondence to ensure customer order requests or ordering exceptions are resolved timely and accurately, including support of
the 24 X 7 rotating on-call schedule.
* 15% - Correspond with Chain Promotions team to obtain necessary program information, discuss processing options, review inventory requirements a
nd resolve processing obstacles that may arise throughout the program execution.
* 5 % - Create adhoc reports through RODS to compile accurate customer, item and sales data used in prog
rams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A teammate in this position must:
* Have 2 years McLane
experience is desired.
* Possess knowledge of JDE Restrictions, Substitutions, Item Master, Customer Address Book, and Order Entry modules desired.
* Understand the national accou
nt business is desired.
* Have strong personal computer skills, including Word and Excel essential.
* Have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills essential.* Have proven customer service skills essential.
