**Position Summary:**
The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the end to end execution of incoming customer orders\. The Customer Service Analyst works closely with the Logistics Operations Team in optimizing case fill for customer orders, the Distribution Operations Team in ensuring on time delivery of shipments, the Sales team to schedule delivery timing for written orders, and the Planning team to address product availability\. The Customer Service Analyst participates in Customer Care Team as a core member in identifying promotional management, efficiency gains, and problem resolution\.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Validate & execute orders for data accuracy including product files, SAP master & customer data, pricing discrepancies, order date alignment for truckload consolidation, etc\.
* Direct contact to customer replenishment buyer\. Establish and maintain a positive relationship to collaborate on order management\. Work with LOT/DOT/WHS/CD/Planning to identify possible improvements and drive towards flawless execution for order to cash cycle\.
* Links closely with Team Lead and Event Supply Planner in identifying gaps for seamless order execution and Customer Supply Chain Analyst for Terms of Sale compliance\.
* Ongoing reviews with Customer Development on upcoming promotions, critical stock issues, cut information on sales orders\.
* Run SAP reports to identify incomplete sales orders, required data maintenance, sales volume, on\-time adherence, etc\.
* Utilize customer web\-based information site for order tracking, order receipt, etc\.
* Balance case fill and on time delivery to the customer with the goal of maximizing case fill while ensuring on time delivery within the Customer Ship to Arrive Date\.
* Communicates with Supply Chain Planning, production facilities, and warehouses on orders outside normal policy to enable timely service to the customer\.
**Key Requirements:**
Education & Training:
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business\-related fields Work Experience:
\-0\-2 years of relevant Logistics/Operations/Manufacturing experience\.
\-1 years of Customer Service/Support or Sales experience\.
\-Knowledge of Unilever Strategy and Business Objectives\.
\-Technical understanding of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems\.
\-Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access\.
APICS certification desired but not required\.
