Welcome to our gallery featuring a small, yet wonderfully functional Russian apartment designed by Mudrogelenko.

This apartment may be on the small side, but the home’s floor plan packs a lot of functionality into a few rooms.

For example, the living room doubles as a guest room, the sofa folding out to become a comfy, sizable bed. A guest bathroom is immediately on the left when entering the home, and is a full bath, opposed to a half-baths, like most bathrooms near the entryway.

To reach the kitchen and dining room, shown above, one must walk through the corner of the living room.

The kitchen has glossy burgundy cabinetry with white countertops. The bold wallpaper on one wall matches the wallpaper behind the sofa in the living room and makes another appearance in the matching backsplash.

The simple dining table is modern and white with bold red seat cushions. Above it is a modern white light fixture that enhances the feel of modernity.

Throughout this home you will notice incredible features that will be repeated in other rooms, like bold, funky purple lighting appearing in a display case in the living room, and making a second appearance in the master bathroom.

We hope you’ll enjoy this fabulously luxurious and modern apartment in a Scandinavian style by Mudrogelenko!

Immediately after the small entrance hallway is the living room, which features a comfy sectional sofa and a lighted display case in orange and purple.

From the other side of the living room, the lights on the display case seem less jolting, and we are able to appreciate the eye-popping wallpaper behind the sofa. The area rug is in a different pattern, creating a layered effect.

Near the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows covered in sheer curtains is a small home office area with a luxurious fur and red leather seat.

The larger of the apartment’s two bathrooms features a large tile-enclosed soaking tub and a modern floating vanity. The purple lights make another appearance around the sink’s mirror.

An unobtrusive commode is perfect for this modestly-sized bathroom, and the lights add a funky, yet modern effect.

Back in the entryway, we see a series of mirrored closets, which help reflect light around the room and make it feel larger than it is, in addition to their function as storage.

The kitchen and dining area is tucked around the corner, accessible through the living room and separated by the entertainment center.

A final look at the living room and how it flows into the modern kitchen and dining area smoothly. The rich use of color and pattern propels this design into the future.
