JCPenney cuts 40% off regularly-priced men's dress shirts and 50% off regularly-priced men's suit separates, top coats, and dress pants via coupon code "MENS4". That's among the best deals we've seen on these items from JCPenney this year, although last month when we saw up to 67% off plus an extra 10% off men's dress shirts. (For further comparison, we saw select suit separates 40% to 50% off plus $10 off $50 in June.) Shipping starts at $8, but orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
