Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth—a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement. It’s a place where people show what they are making, and share what they are learning.
Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters to homesteaders to scientists to garage tinkerers. They are of all ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow this community.
On Sunday, March 15, 2015 the NoVa Mini Maker Faire will bring together an amazing collection of Northern Virginia tech enthusiasts, engineers, woodworkers, artists, and craftspeople to show and tell us what they’re making. They’re also looking forward to giving you and your kids many opportunities to learn to make things too!
The NoVa Mini Maker Faire is held each spring in Reston, Virginia.

Adult ticket: $15.00 + $1.74 processing fee ($20 at the door)
Child ticket: $5.00 + $1.24 processing fee ($8 at the door)
VOLUNTEERS get FREE Admission!
This event will sell out, buy your tickets early! Must have a ticket to attend.
Rain or Shine. No Refunds/Exchanges. Tickets cannot be replaced.
PARKING
No parking is available at the event location except for special permit and handicap parking. Free parking and free bus service will be available from the Silver Line Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station. It’s about a 1.5 mile walk to Reston’s South Lakes High and Hughes Middle school campuses. Free on-site bike valet services will be provided by Phoenix Bikes a nonprofit serving kids in Arlington.
