↑ In Shaw, this pet-friendly apartment is asking $2,020/month. It offers 607-square-feet of space, a washer and dryer in the unit, and an attached garage. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom listing is definitely targeted towards those who like to stay active as the development includes not only bike storage and repair area, but a fitness center, outdoor fitness deck, yoga room, dance room, and multiple bocce courts. From the photos, though, it looks like there's one small quirk about the listing, and that's the only way to get to the bathroom is through the walk-in closet. While this may not be an issue for some homebuyers, others may not want their guests to have to rummage through their wardrobe to get to the toilet.
