We're looking for a select group of recent college graduates who will earn a seat in the Schwab Financial Consultant Academy, a program in our Client Service and Support Group that prepares individuals for a consultative role in one of our branches\. This program will take place over 18 to 24 months\. **Our Indianapolis FC Academy will begin July 20, 2015\.**
**Through the** Schwab Financial Consultant Academy **, you will:**
+ Earn credentials by studying and sitting for brokerage licensing exams\.
+ Experience the securities industry firsthand as part of a service center team\.
+ Learn how to provide world\-class service to clients over the phone while building market expertise in preparation for face\-to\-face interactions\.
+ Develop consultative skills through a needs\-based process to provide helpful and relevant solutions to clients\.
CS&S is a team of financial services professionals who provide guidance and solutions to help our retail clients take charge of their futures\. We build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service one connection at a time\. With a focus on inspiring client loyalty and a commitment to employee engagement through career development, we support clients and employees in reaching their goals\. Schwab provides extensive training and internal support that affords employees the opportunity to be successful in service delivery\.
Successful Academy graduates will be offered a position at a Schwab branch, located within the U\.S\., and will be required to relocate if it is outside of the location in which the Academy was held\.

+ Successfully pass and obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within 180 days of beginning Series 7 class\.
+ Bachelor's degree
