The Web Content Specialist I supports marketing activities that utilize the website or call center in building preference by consumers, physicians and employees. This position is responsible for maintaining the website content database. The Web Content Specialist I: 1. Helps ensure consumers, physicians, and employees prefer and utilize programs and services. 2. Ensures positive regard for the system programs and services in Southwest Ohio. 3. Strives to deliver high quality programs in the most cost effective manner to member organizations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Supports Web Development Manager and Web Content Specialist II in executing maintenance requests on assigned websites. 2. Builds and maintains content for website editorial plans. 3. Completes weekly/monthly website reports utilizing Google Analytics, Exact Target and other internal tools. 4. Responsible for adhering to, and educating clients on website processes and standards. 5. Supports and executes email marketing and e-newsletters through e-blast tool. 6. Project manages special projects as needed by Web Development Manager. JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1. 4-year degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field 2. 2-3 years of related experience in interactive, call center, or marketing. 3. Experience in executing and managing web, technology, marketing or communications projects. 4. Experienced in database management. 5. Strong project management skills. 6. Extreme organization and attention to detail skills. 7. Excellent written and oral communications skills. 8. Expert experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Outlook. 9. Some HTML experience preferred. ***More high data entry position. Someone very quick with new technology and tools. Picks up on patterns of things quickly. Detail-oriented.
