Management Resources, the senior consulting arm of Robert Half, is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work on and with the Finance teams of our many great clients in the Dayton, Ohio area. The Financial Business Systems Analyst provides strategic support for business systems, related processes, databases and tools such as Budget, Planning and Forecasting used by the Finance Division. Job Responsibilities: **Participate in financial systems design, implementation, upgrades and enhancements **Lead or co-lead efforts related to data conversion, business requirements gathering, user-testing and process documentation **Serve as a data steward; assisting in analyzing, validating, monitoring, and improving data quality **Conduct end user training, including development of training documents **Troubleshoot systems and data problems **Design and develop ad-hoc and user reports, queries, and dashboards; update, enhance and maintain Finance's library of queries, reports and other online resources **Provide end user support **Identify and provide recommendations for developing or updating of financial policies, processes and procedures **Make use of systems functions to improve work quality and efficiency for Finance Division staff **Serve as a liaison between Finance and the system technical teams **Serve as the business systems security administrator with respect to user access **Provide information to auditors and other external requestors **Serve as the Finance representative in intra- and interdepartmental projects Salary will be based on experience level in the role of Financial Business Systems Analyst.
