Bachelor's Degree Basic computer skills Communication skills Customer service skills 5 years experience required The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute sourcing searches/strategies while managing candidate experience throughout the sourcing process for active and future requisitions. Ability to manage all aspects of the recruiting process from non-exempt through executive level positions. Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business areas, leveraging technology to discover leads, referrals, and other potential prospects. Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction. Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and executive leadership team to be best informed on market conditions. Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field plus five years of experience is required.
