CTG's premier global client has a 5-6 month contract assignment for a Remote Senior Recruiter. There is the potential for extension after the initial contract period.

The maximum W2 hourly pay rate will be $45.11/hr (depending upon experience).

Major Contributing Activities:

In this role, you are responsible for filling open positions by managing the recruiting process from an end-to-end perspective and by acting as the single face to the candidate and hiring manager customers. In doing so, you will focus on business-critical target groups and talent segments from the Sourcing & Recruiting Advanced ("Tier 2") products, which are highly specialized and difficult to find in the market place. You will closely align with TA Assistants and Sourcing Specialists to find the right balance between quality and speed in your recruitment process. Your key responsibilities include the execution of the intake talk with the hiring manager, the handover of a qualified shortlist as well as the coordination and execution of the selection and contract management processes.

Major tasks and responsibilities:

Oversee and execute all aspects of the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment clearance validation, etc.

Counsels hiring manager on Talent Acquisition process and sourcing strategy

Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all Talent Acquisition touch points to enhance the company's Employer Brand

Ensure detailed understanding of talent segmentation and each position in own area of responsibility in particular

Act as the single face to the internal or external candidate and Hiring Manager customers

Take a "project lead" approach to each and every recruiting case and mandate

Manage the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring all KPIs, global standards and metrics are met and / or exceeded

Establish and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs

Conduct telephone interviews to assess motivation and cultural fit, review any gaps in the resume and assess suitability for the position

Create shortlist of most suitable candidates for Hiring Manager

Supervise the interviewing, selection and hiring process to ensure adherence with legal regulations (e.g. EEO) and internal guidelines

Coordinate all process around the package preparation, the definition of the employment details as well as the contract management

Coordinate the alternative verification process and contribute to the execution of the rejection handling and pool nomination processes

Closely align with TA Assistants and build up a trusted working relationship in the 2:1 assignment

Maintain the process status in the E-Recruiting / Applicant Tracking system by always ensuring system accuracy as a basis for solid KPI and ad hoc reporting

Leads small to mid-size project groups

Mentors and trains junior colleagues

Qualifications:

B.A./B.S. with 7 years of recruiting experience, M.B.A./M.S. with 5 years of recruiting experience,

A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred;

Proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates and filling senior-level and/or director-level positions;

Strong working knowledge of compensation, including an understanding of various methods of variable compensation;

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including oral and written communication skills;

Ability to think and act creatively to perform complex technical assignments and provide solution while handling multiple priorities;

Ability to manage partnerships with third-party executive/retained and contingent search vendors;

Demonstrated experience using resume databases, internet search tools and/or social networking to find and attract top talent;

Strong business acumen and labor market expertise

Comprehensive knowledge of local legal regulations regarding recruiting and offer management

Ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS

Excellent knowledge in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Module preferred

Excellent knowledge in CRM-Tool preferred
