Providing strategic advice and expertise concerning the baseline Cybersecurity controls for Air Force Information Systems (ISs) are specified by within Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Instruction (CNSSI) 1253, based upon Security Categorization of the system, which is expected to be SC={C,L),(I,L),(A,L)}. Specific implementation guidance, assessment procedures (test scripts), and expected outcomes are provided via the Air Force Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS) security controls questions, as derived from the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD IT Knowledge Service web site.
The scope of this task order is to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Legacy Financial Systems which include, but not limited to, Automated Business Services System (ABSS), Automated Project Order System (APO), Command Management System (CMS), Commanders' Resource Integration System (CRIS), Keystone decision support system (KDSS), and Job Order Cost Accounting System II (JOCAS II). This Performance Work Statement (PWS) does not include requirements for other AFLCMC/HIB programs outside of AFLCMC/HIBB-F Legacy Financial Systems.
Good understanding of IT and Risk Management Framework a plus.
