**13067: Operational, Physical, and Personnel Security Specialist**

**Description:**
Personnel/Operational/Physical Security Specialist needed at our WPAFB client site location to assist with the day\-to\-day personnel, physical, operational, and access control security duties along with providing light IT/Computer support functions\. In this position you will work directly with our government customer’s Security Manger assisting with the following tasks:
**PERSONNEL SECURITY**
+ Maintain Special Access Program \(SAP\) rosters
+ Provide SAP indoctrinations
+ Help to coordinate clearance justifications
**OPERATIONAL SECURITY**
+ Ensure proper receipt of classified material
+ Ensure proper delivery of classified material
+ Assist with the generation of 310s as needed for outgoing shipments
+ Assist with the transfer of data \(electronic, CD, DVD, and fax\) to external agencies
+ Assist with Maintain & inspect records/logs for all classified that enters or leaves facilities
+ Maintain SAP Document Control Log
+ Inform Inventory Manager when classified hardware enters or leaves facility so the FMETS database can be updated
+ Ensure appropriate training/paperwork is accomplished for classified shipments
+ Perform courier duties as required
+ Check and reset Entry Door and Safe locks as needed
+ Check and maintain safes as needed
**SECURITY MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS**
+ Assist GXF Security Team with annual security self\-inspections
+ Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations
+ Support conferences \(visitor control, room scheduling, set security level\)
**ACCESS CONTROL**
+ Help with Coordinate Distinguished Visitor visits
+ Help With Coordinate building visit requests
+ Help prepare GXF SAP Space for unclassified maintenance personnel
**IT/COMPUTER SUPPORT**
+ Computer account creation on standalone computer networks
+ Reset account passwords on standalone computer networks
+ Map standalone network drives and printers as required
+ Perform Routine Printer Maintenance \(paper and toner supplies\)
+ Submit helpdesk tickets and enter/track Computer System Requirement Documents \(CSRDs\) into the government’s computer operational support center\.
+ Set\-up and operation video projection equipment in support of working group and program review meetings\.
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum an Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in operational, physical, and personnel security functions associated with Air Force DoD programs\.
+ Basic knowledgeable and experience in performing light computer/network administrative duties such as computer account creation, password reset, mapping network drives and printers, and the set\-up and operation of video projector systems in support of working group and program review meeting’s\.
+ Must be able to maintain records and document work through written reports and presentations
+ Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office products and desktop computer systems
+ Maintain professional appearance and interaction with customers and co\-workers
+ DoD TS/SCI security clearance
