JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Global Support Group is seeking candidates for a CAD Modeling and Simulation support technician in Beavercreek, Ohio.
The Leidos office in Beavercreek Ohio is seeking a technician with experience in developing scattering center models using computational electromagnetic (CEM) prediction codes and with the Rhinoceros CAD tool. The technician will develop scattering center models using primitive geometry to support radar signature generation. As part of the signature development process, the technician will design, model, and perform simulations using various CAD applications and CEM codes. In addition, the engineer will document and present results to stakeholders.

This position will require working as part of a team comprised of military, government, and other contractors to achieve high confidence answers to problems of interest. The qualified candidate must also be able to work independently and have effective writing and verbal communication skills.
*Qualifications:*
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BS degree or equivalent and 4+ years of technical training with an additional 4+ years of experience in CAD and associated equipment, including the ability to design complex drawings and mathematical calculations.

- Experience with NX, Rhino CAD, Linux and Windows.

- Working knowledge of Rhinoceros CAD tool.
- Industry or government experience in CAD model development.

- Must have an active Secret security clearance and be willing and able to obtain TS/SCI.

- Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work individually and with teams are also required.
- A basic understanding of electromagnetics and computational electromagnetics (CEM) desired, but not required.
