*Assistant Digital Marketing Manager*

Partners with internal “clients” as well as others on the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute display media campaigns. S/he is passionate about helping Marketers reach the right audiences in a cost effective way and use existing as well as new media partnerships to meet various marketing objectives (e.g., acquisition, retention, loyalty). This individual’s primary responsibility is to develop, launch, evaluate, optimize and report on media campaigns.

*As the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager your role and responsibilities will include:*

• Designs media plans based on identified marketing objectives; determine KPI; recommend optimization to both creative and placements; optimize placements

• Produce on-demand / monthly / quarterly / annual reporting at the micro / macro levels

• Planning and buying all types of media including print, desktop, mobile, pre-roll video, etc.

• Planning and buying campaigns on Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Yahoo!, AOL, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

• Planning and buying on industry-specific publishers

• Working with Operations / Finance / Marketers to manage budgets and forecast spend; manage monthly invoices and accrual processes across vendors

• Collaborate with Marketers / Analytics to ensure tagging / reporting requirements are met

• Ensuring accuracy and quality of all campaign documentation including vendor contracts (orders), ad trafficking, ad tagging, and billing documents

*Basic Qualification:*

• BA required in Marketing, Business or related field; legal experience a plus

• Advertising / media agency experience preferred

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in similar roles – including buying on GDN, LinkedIn, etc.

• Fluency in digital media processes, metrics, and best practices

• Superior organization and project management skills; ability to keep an eye on the big picture; high attention to detail, deadline-oriented

• Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and deadlines

• Ability to communicate owned areas of campaigns, both verbally and in writing, regularly to internal teams (i.e., Digital Marketing / Marketing / Brand & Creative)

• Expertise with Excel including Table Formatting, VLookup and Pivot Tables

• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) a plus

• Experience with programmatic buying via DoubleClick Bid Manager a plus
