**PS Operations Analyst - Junior**
**Description**
Americas PS Operations is seeking an exceptional, self-directed, and motivated individual to provide Region and Solution business analysis and consulting support with respect to Teradata Professional Services operations and results. He/she will track, review, reconcile and report on labor, projects costs, variances, expenses and revenue. They will provide guidance to the organization and develop the financial forecasts for management and Teradata leadership.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Provide ad hoc and periodic reports and business analyses to TD Professional Services management.
Provide planning, budgeting, and P&L forecasting analysis for the supported professional services TD geo team, while working closely with the respective F&A support team for that geo.
Champions the use and deployment of standard Professional Services business processes for TD. Key role in supporting PSA opportunity and resource mgmt.
Actively participates in the selection/development, training, and deployment of Professional Services systems and tools including Teradata’s PSA.
Acts as a liaison to the Americas (and Global) Professional Services Business Operations teams.
**Qualifications**
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Gen Business/Mgtm
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with large data sets to provide analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Services business and operations experience as a Consultant, Financial Planning Analyst, and/or Internal Support Analyst
Knowledge of Teradata solutions
Experience in working with Changepoint’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool
