This is a continuation of the LIVE BLOG we've been running for the first round up until this point. Our post on the Browns taking CB Justin Gilbert at No. 8 overall is here. You should also use the comments section as your NFL Draft open thread! (Newest updates will be at the top of the live blog below)
Browns NFL Draft Live Blog
11:55 PM: We'll end our live blog with this tonight: third time is the charm? The Browns took Brady Quinn, Brandon Weeden, and Johnny Manziel all at the No. 22 spot.
11:48 PM: The Seahawks traded with Minnesota, putting the Vikings on the clock at No. 32 overall, and they took QB Teddy Bridgewater. He just barely avoided the second round! Bridgewater will forever be able to claim that he was a first-round pick.
11:43 PM: Taking Manziel is great from a business perspective, too:
thanks our team in the ticket office for working OT, phone lines are ringing off hook #teamwork

11:42 PM: The Browns are aware, as VP of Fan Experience retweeted this:
Better expand your training camp capacity, @KevinGriffin425 @oseguera44!

11:40 PM: The Denver Broncos took Ohio State CB Bradley Roby at No. 31 overall. We're down to the final pick of the first round -- the Seattle Seahawks are on the clock at No. 32.
11:36 PM: This might be the highest-selling Browns jersey of the modern era before the guy even plays a game...

11:35 PM: The San Francisco 49ers got SS Jimmie Ward at No. 30 overall. We're down to two more picks in the first round -- the Super Bowl teams in Denver and Seattle.
11:30 PM: Here are the top 10 players still left on our cumulative DBN Big Board:
3 QB Teddy Bridgewater
20 QB Derek Carr
23 WR Marqise Lee
25 OG Xavier Su'a-Filo
28 DT Louis Nix III
29 SS Jimmie Ward
30 CB Bradley Roby
31 WR Allen Robinson
32 WR Jordan Matthews
34 NT Timmy Jernigan
11:27 PM: A few more picks are in: the Carolina Panthers took WR Kelvin Benjamin at No. 28, and the New England Patriots took DE Dominique Easley at No. 29 overall.
11:16 PM: The Browns had competition for QB Johnny Manziel, per Albert Breer of NFL.com:
The Vikings tried to trade with Philadelphia, before Cleveland pulled it off, to go and get Johnny Manziel. Didn't work out.
— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) May 9, 2014
11:15 PM: A lot of picks have happened since Manziel went off the clock. To summarize:
No. 23 - Chiefs - DE Dee Ford
No. 24 - Bengals - CB Darqueze Dennard
No. 25 - Chargers - CB Jason Verrett
No. 26 - Eagles - DE Marcus Smith
No. 27 - Cardinals - CB Deone Bucannon
10:56 PM: Our post on QB Johnny Manziel is up here.
10:44 PM: The Cleveland Browns traded up to No. 22 overall with the Philadelphia Eagles! Who would the pick be? JOHNNY FUCKIN' MANZIEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
10:37 PM: RB Ben Tate is wondering if the Browns will go QB too:
Who do y'all want to see us get at 26? #Browns is this where we get a QB?
— Ben Tate (@BenTateRB) May 9, 2014
10:35 PM: The Green Bay Packers' pick at No. 21 overall is S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. If he had fallen to No. 26, I think he would've been a dark horse for the Browns' pick for a truly complete secondary. Now, the Philadelphia Eagles are on the clock at No. 22 overall.
10:32 PM: Props to the person who put this together:

10:26 PM: The Saints go with WR Brandin Cooks at No. 20 overall. The Green Bay Packers are now up at No. 21 overall.
10:20 PM: Well, that was quick -- the Saints are now on the clock at No. 20! The Cardinals are now one pick behind the Browns at No. 27 overall. The Eagles and Chiefs could be in play for a QB at No. 22 and No. 23 overall, respectively.
10:18 PM: The Miami Dolphins stayed put at No. 19 overall -- no trade. With that pick, the Dolphins selected OT Ja'Wuan James. Holy shit, no wonder the Dolphins wanted to trade out. Instead, they stay put and reach. The Arizona Cardinals are now on the clock at No. 20 overall.
10:15 PM: These are the top players remaining on the cumulative DBN Big Board:
2 QB Johnny Manziel
3 QB Teddy Bridgewater
10 CB Darqueze Dennard
20 QB Derek Carr
23 WR Marqise Lee
24 CB Jason Verrett
25 OG Xavier Su'a-Filo
26 FS Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
27 WR Brandin Cooks
28 DT Louis Nix III
29 SS Jimmie Ward
10:10 PM: Here we go -- the Jets took S Calvin Pryor at No. 18 overall. I expected them to go wide receiver. The Dolphins are on the clock now, but this is the pick the Browns have been rumored to be interested in trading up to for awhile now.
10:05 PM: But someone has to take him still, right?
So many teams lied to the media about their love of Manziel. So many. So many lies.
— mike freeman (@mikefreemanNFL) May 9, 2014
10:00 PM: The Baltimore Ravens selected ILB C.J. Mosley as the replacement to ILB Ray Lewis at No. 17 overall. The New York Jets are up at No. 18 overall. The Cardinals could want a QB at No. 20 overall, so if Cleveland wants to move up for one, they may need to do so soon.
9:53 PM: Judgment Day? NOT YET! The Dallas Cowboys selected OL Zack Martin, keeping the hope alive for QB Johnny Manziel. The Baltimore Ravens are now on the clock at No. 17 overall. The Dolphins are a clear trade up partner at No. 19 overall for Cleveland.
9:48 PM: The next couple of picks have come in quickly. The Chicago Bears took CB Kyle Fuller at No. 14 overall, and the Pittsburgh Steelers took ILB Ryan Shazier at No. 15 overall. The Dallas Cowboys are now on the clock. Will they pull the trigger on QB Johnny Manziel?
9:45 PM: Thanks for staying with us, Browns fans! We'll have more updates as soon as they come in.
