The 2nd Friday ArtAbout is tomorrow, May 11, 2012. Our May 11th event will focus on “Chickens, Barnyards & Bicycles!” in honor of the Tour de Cluck: A Bicycle Chicken Coop Crawl, which will also have a Silent Art Auction as part of the event on May 26th in Central Park. We hope you notice the agricultural and natural influence in the art – no matter what we hope you enjoy!

2nd Friday ArtAbout is a monthly evening of art viewing and artists’ receptions at galleries and businesses in Downtown Davis and beyond. Coordinated by the Davis Downtown Business Association, all events are free and open to the public. Also, Open Door Art Studios, a grass roots project that gives local artists a place to create and share their work, will have another open house.
