Rackspace unleashed that Epsilon has successfully migrated the email management platform for a major client to the cloud using Rackspace Fanatical Support for Amazon Web Services (AWS). With Rackspace managing the migration and optimising the products they are using on the cloud, Epsilon has uncovered infrastructure efficiencies while freeing its IT team to focus on generating even more value for its clients.

Epsilon provides a wide range of services across traditional, digital, and retail channels. One of its major clients in Asia Pacific is a leader in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, with a huge number of franchisees across the region. These franchisees access the Epsilon email platform at the beginning and end of each business day to consult the corporate promotional database, manage and track marketing campaigns, and launch new promotions tailored to their market.

Epsilon requested Rackspace to manage the move to ensure that the AWS migration was as rapid and stress-free as possible without any loss of service for the client.
