Evolve IP today announced that it has been recognized in Gartner's 2016 Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS). From over 250 available providers, Gartner only included 20 firms in the Magic Quadrant. After a series of interviews, evaluations and customer references which confirmed the company’s completeness of vision and ability to execute, Evolve IP was added into the list.

Disaster recovery is a rapidly growing cloud service It is estmated that from 2016 through 2020, the use of DraaS or IaaS to support the failover of production applications will grow by more than 200%. Research conducted by Evolve IP shows that less than half said they were “very prepared” to recover their assets in the event of a disaster, while more than one third had suffered from an incidednt that required disaster recovery.
