When it comes to retail jobs, the employee discount can be a big perk—and even more so if you can combine it with other promotions or if it extends to family members. We rounded up the employee discounts at 21 different retail stores and included any details or exemptions we were able to find about them. Happy job hunting!

• Ann Taylor and LOFT:
According to Ann Inc.’s corporate website, associates receive a 50 percent off discount on full-priced items and a 20 percent off discount on reduced-priced items. Spouses and children are also eligible to use the employee discount. Search open jobs at anncareers.com.
• Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters:
According to the Urban Outfitters, Inc. website, store employees receive 40 percent off regular-priced apparel, accessories and shoes (both in stores and online) with the exception of Urban Outfitters beauty products and watches, Anthropologie estate jewelry, BHLDN merchandise and FP Pet Project, all of which have separate 25 percent off discounts. Employees can also nominate “eligible users” such as a spouse, parent or child, to receive 25 percent off regular full-priced merchandise plus 40 percent off during employee appreciation periods. • Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic:
Gap Inc. doesn’t disclose the exact amount of their employee discount on their website, but most reports say that the store discount is 50 percent off full-priced items at Gap and Banana Republic and 25 percent off full-priced items at Old Navy. • H&M:
Store employees are able to receive 25 percent off all merchandise, according to most sources. Search open jobs at career.hm.com.

• J.Crew:
J.Crew doesn’t mention their employee discount on their website, but according to most sources, including a recent store employee we spoke to, employees are eligible to receive 30 percent off regular full-priced merchandise and 50 percent off sale items. Search open jobs at jcrew.com.

• JCPenney:
According to sources, JCPenney employees receive 25 percent off all merchandise, while employees who perform exceptionally well are eligible for a 30 percent off discount. Search open jobs at jobs.jcp.com.

• Kmart:
According to the company’s website, Kmart employees receive a 20 percent off discount on apparel, 25 percent off prepared food at Kmart restaurants and 10 percent off Two Hearts Maternity and other merchandise. Search open jobs at searsholdings.com/careers.
• Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s:
According to Macy’s corporate website, the employee discount for store associates is 20 percent off regular-priced merchandise at both Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s stores. Spouses and eligible dependents are also able to receive the same discount. Search open jobs at macysjobs.com/apply.
• Sears and Lands’ End:
Employees of Sears and Lands’ End are eligible to receive a 20 percent off discount on clothing, cosmetics sold at Sears and online orders at landsend.com; and a 10 percent off discount on Two Hearts Maternity, Edwin Watts Golf apparel and other services and merchandise sold at Sears, according to the company’s website. • Target:
Target’s corporate website says that the company offers a 10 percent discount for employees, which can also be combined with select promo codes for further savings. Search open jobs at corporate.target.com.
• TJMaxx, Marshalls and Home Goods:
While TJX’s main corporate site doesn’t mention an exact employee discount, most sources say that employees receive 10 percent off purchases.

• Victoria’s Secret
