Technical Support Executive-(BPO voice process)
Qualification: Any graduate (Preferably B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BCA, BA)
Post graduates need not apply.
Experience: 0-2 Years
CTC: 2.01 p.a.
Job Profile:
- Handling inbound calls
- Troubleshooting the Technical issues of the customers
- Support US/Canadian customers
Desired Profile:
- Good communication skill
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in night shifts
