Job description:
To be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe client on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings
Needs to keep in mind various SLAs like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service.
Also to be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
To be able to deal with customers from India, US, UK and Asia Pacific countries
Handling all the inbound travel related queries.
It is a talent pool program.
Desired:
Freshers are eligible.
Only drop out and Graduates can apply.
Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts(24*7)
Candidates should have Excellent Communication skills
Travel knowledge not required.
Working days: 5 and 2 roster offs.
