In addition to announcing our August group class schedule, we are so excited to publish our 2015 Follies Pro/Am and Group Classes Performance opportunities. The show is Sunday, November 22, 2015 and the details are below. Tonight is also Grad Night, our favorite Monday of the session. We’ll be welcoming our new crop of fabulous Swing I graduates at Fizz tonight. Check out all the details below.
Finally, our next session of Wedding Dance begins August 5th. This is a fantastic 3-week course designed for couples preparing for the first dance or attending an upcoming wedding.Warm regards and see you on the dance floor!

Our Next Wedding Dance Group Class,
“Dancing Together” Begins August 5th.
Big City Swing specializes in working with couples who are preparing for their wedding. With our instruction, you and your fiancee will feel confident, graceful and relaxed during your first dance.
The wedding dance is not Swing dance, but a modified Foxtrot that is suitable for both contemporary songs and wedding classics.
3-Week Group Class – Wed. 8-9pm
Summer Session IV – Wed August 5, 12, & 19
3-Week Group Classes – Wed. 7:30-8:30pm

Cost:
Resident Instructor – $60 per couple, $275 for 5-pack of lessons
Senior Instructor – $75 per couple, $350 for 5-pack of lessons

Our wedding dance programs are not just for the bride and groom. The instruction is also great for parents, friends, and the entire wedding party.
Follies Group Class Performance Opportunities
Participating in a performance class is an incredibly rewarding way to develop and improve your technique and musicality. It also offers the priceless opportunity to build relationships and lasting memories with you fellow dancers!
Group classes are 12 weeks long and individual practice outside of class is recommended.Tuition includes your seat at the show. Requests for partners will be honored for classes, however, you do not need a partner to enroll.
Please note, tech rehearsal is Sunday November 22, 2015
at the theater. Your attendance is strongly recommended. Three-installment tuition payment plans are available upon request. Costuming or coordinating attire is at the discretion of the class and not included in tuition.

Grad Night is Tonight!
All July Swing I graduates are invited to attend and celebrate! This is a great opportunity for you to show off your new moves and get in some extra dancing!
The doors open at 9:30pm and all the graduates will be on hand at 10:30pm for our special dance.

Filming time: 7:20am – 7:30am Dress: Summer swingy (Please not short, tank tops of flip flops) Partners: They are not required, but we are balancing the number of leads and follows who respond to ensure everyone has a partner for the filming.
