Discovery Communications and indie production company LMNO are involved in heated litigation related to their reality TV partnership. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in LA five days after Discovery informed LMNO it had temporarily halted production on six of its shows following an audit of the production company; in its suit, LMNO claims it has been the victim of an accountant who’d been embezzling from the company and falsifying records. Discovery launched an audit of LMNO’s books and on June 17 sent notices of termination to LMNO on the six series.

Nielsen completed its acquisition of Repucom, a global adviser in sports measurement, evaluation and entertainment intelligence.
