Both of these beliefs are equally important to us so we needed to figure out a way to continue to provide quality support, as well as not break any promises to our existing customers like some of our competitors.
We have come up with a solution that we think will keep everyone happy.
Introducing CyberChimps Plus
CyberChimps Plus is an exciting new WordPress Support Service that includes private one-on-one e-mail customer support, Pro Forum support access, and other perks including a 50% off discount on all future purchases as long as your membership is active. We will also be adding new features, and incentives in the near future.

What is changing
Existing Theme Customers:
If you are an existing customer who purchased a theme before January 17th, 2014, you will continue to have access to our Pro support forums indefinitely.
Existing customers will continue to get the same level of support they have always had, but will not get any new support features such as e-mail support, or any future support services that are now apart of CyberChimps Plus. If existing customers wish to obtain more support options they will be required to purchase CyberChimps Plus at $9 a month.
Active CyberChimps Plus Members:
You will continue to get the support you’ve been paying for as well as new features which will be coming soon.
New Customers:
If you purchase a theme after January 17, 2014, you will receive 30 days of CyberChimps Plus for free, and will then be required to purchase CyberChimps Plus at $9 per month for continued support after 30 days.
If you are happy using the free versions of our themes you can now purchase support through CyberChimps Plus without upgrading to the Pro version.
Why the change?
We’ve been supporting tens of thousands of customers for nearly 3 years now for the price of our themes. We have had to hire more support people, and rather then raise our products prices, we decided a better solution is to sell support as a service to new and future customers. This solution not only provides value for our customers, but it also allows CyberChimps to scale and grow with our customers.
