At last, I have got the "Yorkshire" Scrambler ready for summer!
I always found the build threads really useful when planning my own, so I thought i would share mine with everyone else too. I have listed the major parts below, however if anyone wants specfics, feel free to message or post below and I will get back to you!

Parts breakdown:
Wheels & Tyres:
standard 19” & 18” Comstars, blasted and powder coated. Fitted with All Balls bearings.
Brdigestone Trail Wing Tyres 100/90/19 Front x 120/90/18 Rear
Bakes & Suspension
Standard brakes and front suspension (330mm new rear shocks), stripped, refurbished with new seals and blasted.
Venhill custom brake lines, fitted to a new master cylinder via double Banjo design (stock splitter removed)
Scrambler style fork boots
Lights
7” halogen bates style head lamp (stripped and powder coated)
High power LED indicators, with integrated tail and brake light
Custom headlight bracket
Handlebars & controls:
Motogadget Chronoclassic speedometer, fitted with CDI pickup for tachometer functionality
Custom made gauge holder/bracket & push button to scroll through the menu
New Honda reproduction grips
GP style clutch lever & new master cylinder assembly
New throttle assembly
M-Switch controls (lights, horn, indicators)
Scrambler style handlebars with all wires run internally to an M-Button digital converter switch for a clean design
Engine:
Port and polished cylinder head, fitted with new valve seals
Full gasket set (engine and radiator)
Triple bypass
New mechanical fan (piece of mind)
New clutch (+ heavy duty springs)
Painted with satin engine enamel
Double pod filters, modified internals to fit the carbs
Under engine Lipo battery tray
NGK spark plugs
90/120 jets
Frame
Custom frame design with flush fitting electrical tray, with pillion pegs all balls bearings (swing arm) and custom rear mudguard
Exhaust
Café Racer Kits exhaust headers fitted to universal 2” slash cut mufflers with custom brackets, wrapped with PitKing black insulation
Tank
Standard Eurosport tank with new fuel filter, painted in Quartz Metallic Grey
Electrics
Motogadget M-unit, M-Button, M-Switch, VeeThree GPS Speedo pickup conversion, CDI Pickup
Stock CDI unit & coil packs and new brake switch. Aircraft style kill switch, with starter button under the seat (my signature!) & optimate charging system
