This is a busy week here in my house. I’m planning to come to a close on all of my many house projects. Getting them wrapped up! I’m so ready to be done and we are SOOO close, but just have little things here and there. Nail holes to fill and paint, a bathroom to paint, gallery wall to hang, curtains to make and hang, a random cabinet door that needs another coat of paint…tons of small things. I’m SO ready to get it done.
I’m pretty much sticking with easy dinners and we have one new dinner on the menu – Chicken Gyros. I found some gluten-free pitas at Whole Foods and I’m so excited to try them out! Other than that it’s some of our favorites on the menu.
What’s on your menu this week?
Breakfast: Overnight oats (peanut butter banana or fruit) – These are delicious and really amazing since you don’t have to cook them – I will post a recipe soon.
Lunch: Salads, Leftovers, Lunch Meat Roll Ups
Dinner:
Monday- Out to eat
Tuesday- Salsa Chicken Casserole with Veggies
Wednesday- Crock Pot Spaghetti Squash and Turkey Meatballs with Salad
Thursday- Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Chorizo over Quinoa
Friday- Out to eat
Saturday- Family dinner
Sunday- Chicken Gyros with GF Pitas (my new Whole Foods Find) and Veggies
