This will gauge your satisfaction of products and services, and will be used by the company to help them improve customer service and products, among other things. Participating in this survey will allow you to leave feedback about your experience. It is important for you, the customer, to be able to voice your opinions and the company wants this information. Since your time is important, there is a small incentive. You can enter in a drawing for one of five monthly $50 discount cards to use at BevMo! How to Participate in the BevMo! Customer Experience Survey
You Must:
Have access to a computer and Internet access.
Be able to read English or Spanish.
Have your recent BevMo! receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
Be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Instructions:
Go to www.BevMosurvey.com.
Enter the 15-digit access code from your receipt. There is an example to the left in case you need help locating this access code. Click the red arrow when you have entered. You can also view the rules from this page.
Over the next few pages, you will have questions to answer. These must be answered honestly and you should be as thorough as possible.
When the questions have been answered, fill out the short form to enter the sweepstakes. If you are not interested in the sweepstakes, please close your browser window.
