The typical creative process can involve:

PROGRAM MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY
As a Program manager you will drive the technical vision, design and implementation of the next-generation online customer
experience.
You’ll transform the company’s vision into elegant technical designs. That will ultimately turn into a seamless shopping experience used by customers all over Nigeria. Managing feature sets throughout several inter phases you’ll have the chance to see your ideas and designs through completion and high-volume delivery to customers. You will be working with other key team members in the product category teams as well as experienced Software Development Engineers.

Import & Export logistics – Verifiable working knowledge of customs clearing, Air freight, forwarding, last mile logistics, HS codes,
Transportation — Knowledge of principles and methods for enhancing turnaround time, delivery lead time including the relative costs and benefits.

JOB SUMMARY
Receives customers’ requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and routes the request to the proper person.
Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
Searches Company records to fulfill customer requirements
Traces status of orders.
Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
Writes up order, mails catalog, samples, and similar data to customer, as required.
Responds to customers’ requests via telephone or mail using available resources.
Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
