Design Manager
Major Accountabilities of Position:
Co-ordinate the design functions of the Project to ensure completion of high quality IFC / AFC drawings in accordance with time and cost constraints to achieve project objectives and meet customer’s expectations. Particular emphasis on management of producing multi-discipline deliverables and effective coordination of other Designers.
Proficiency in 3D software for preparation of 3D Models, auto-generation of MTOs, detection and modification of clashes between piping, equipment, cable trays, and structural members, extraction of 2D drawings from 3D Models and general presentation of projects.
Co-ordinate all design to ensure desirable deliverables are produced.
Co-ordinate with CAD System Administrator that all attributes in the 3D model will allow smooth production of 2D drawings.
Work directly with the Project Engineering Manager to ensure the right Designers are assigned on the project.
Co-ordinate with all Discipline Lead Engineers, CAD System Administrator, to ensure the relevant design standards are used on the project.
Ensure that deliverable review cycles are adequately completed and relevant Discipline Lead Engineer signed off on deliverables before they are issued.

Engineering Manager
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:
To oversee engineering operations in the organisation and ensure engineering activities are executed to meet international and local requirements in terms of technical, quality, schedule, budget, and safety considerations.
Co-ordinate and manage multi-disciplined engineering team on Onshore/Offshore project(s) for all engineering activities and deliverables and ensure they are produced to the correct level of quality and in accordance with the project plans, procedures, codes and standards.
Ensure technical compliance with all design requirements, specifications, codes and standards is met.
Ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within approved budget.
Ensure delivery of engineering design integrity/technical integrity.

Interface Manager
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:
Provides input to the development of engineering scope, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets.
Coordinates the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the Project with other Project Engineers; Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical and project support groups within the Company.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of the technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study; Helps determine the technical skills and staff hours required.
Understands the client's business goals and objectives in order to enhance the project work and align the project team with these goals and objectives.

Lead Civil Engineer
Major Accountabilities of the position:
• To ensure Health, Safety and Environment has the highest priority in all activities undertaken by Engineering and Design personnel.
• To supervise the work of the discipline engineers and designers.
• To allocate engineering resources in order to complete all deliverables for the discipline within the allocated staff hour budget and schedule.
• To provide all necessary input to the project control and reporting system, including attending review meetings, maintaining the progress report for the discipline, liaising with the project planning engineer for discipline progress planning, and preparing the discipline section of the monthly report.

Major Accountabilities of the position:
Functions as Discipline Project Supervising Engineer on medium to large projects, assuming responsibility for the work of the group

Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process; Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.

Major Accountabilities of the position:
• Enforce company policies, use of work practices, guidelines, relevant codes, recommended practices, regulatory and project standards to attain proficiency in the design development.
• Design advanced process control and instrumentation, safety and integrated communications system deliverables, specify DCS, ESD, Fire Systems, analysers, networks and define interface requirements.

Lead Structural Engineer
Major Accountabilities of the position:
• An extensive current design experience is required in structural design and engineering, for topsides structural layouts and detailed structural design, all gained with notable design contractors and/or oil/gas companies within the petrochemical industry particularly with respect to offshore.
• An FPSO experience in oil and gas installations would be an added advantage.
• Co-ordinates all Structural Engineering activities and deliverables (specifications, datasheets, schedule, weight control report/analysis etc.) and ensures they are produced to the correct level of quality and in accordance with the project plans and procedures.
• Review, Validate and approve the FEED documents. This information shall be the basis for the detailed design.
• Estimates project man-hour budgets, reviews budgets with project management and maintains schedule throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Effectively manages changes in discipline work scope.
• Structural analysis in the areas of dynamic loading and resistance, collapse analysis, spectral fatigue analysis, fire and explosion design, reliability based analysis, dropped object etc.
• Must have the capacity to work under pressure and manage the work within tight schedules.
• Undertakes all matters related to planning, progressing and reporting. Compiles / develops plans for the production and issuing of the structural deliverables.
• Supervises the creation of project Structural material specifications, Structural design standards, technical design instructions, Structural modelling, design and drafting activities, codes and standards, and discipline work practices / procedures
• Ensures interaction with other disciplines for all interfaces and effectively co-ordinates Structural engineering activities with the project and client
• Attends and contributes to design / construction reviews.
